I give you credit for caring so much. Like you said, not many people do. Especially in a big city like DC (where I live), it always seems like people in customer service roles are never really nice. So when someone goes out of their way to be nice to me, it really makes a difference. And I think the same thing applies to any type of business. Good customer service goes a long way.
