Breaks are so important! I’ve even seen a stat somewhere about how as humans we can only focus on one task for a max of 90 minutes. So you’re right on track with that.
I also find that walking can be super helpful for inspiration. It allows your mind to wander and to let your subconscious go to work. It’s often on walks that I figure out problems or come up with new ideas.
